Allison Harrell Mistier (born USA, 1983) lives and works in Brooklyn and East Hampton, NY.  Her multidisciplinary research and spiritual practice culminate in messages materialized across photography, video, sculpture, installations, neon, optics, painting, textiles, up cycled objects, public art and activations, reflective surfaces, poetry, spoken word recordings and essays as well as sound design in collaboration with spouse and composer Andre-Philippe Mistier.  Her visual and written channelings invite us inward while invoking socioemotional awareness encouraging us to synthesize meaning broadly and inclusively while celebrating authenticity and presence with messages for an interconnected and inspired life.  The artist reflects with us the acute value of materiality to transmit meaning and frequency relying on the audience to imagine and amplify the concepts that catalyze consciousness across sustained and shared awareness.  Artworks reveal and reflect on discoveries spanning quantum physics, neuroscience, psychology, natural and omni inclusive phenomena, restoration of divine feminine and species balancing principles, philosophy, metaphysics and her own Emotiophysical Theory.  Harrell Mistier’s practice generates and recontextualizes access points for individual and interpersonal healing, revelations, emotional validation, tolerance and integration.  She imagines with us to the greater possibilities of personal, authentic freedom across a harmonizing collective and a nurtured, cosmically resonant environment.

Harrell Mistier has recently co-founded Gather Center, a nonprofit arts and community project in Brooklyn, NY aligning with her personal mission to dispel the illusion of separation while facilitating authentic individual expression. She personally exhibits internationally including solo exhibitions at Ward Nasse Gallery in SoHo and Outstanding Art in Durham, England; Sotheby’s New York; Photo Independent, Paris; Context Miami Art Week; Hamptons Fine Art Fair; Saatchi Art New York; Marebella Art and Design, Spain; Monaco Art Fair; Brussels Art Fair.  The Pinacothèque awarded Harrell Mistier multiple Certificates of Achievement for the Luxembourg Prize.  She was awarded Honorable Mentions in Self Portraiture, Single and Series categories for the 18th Julia Margaret Cameron Award gained access for USA participation in State of the ART(ist) in the Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, Austria.  Harrell Mistier has been widely featured including Create! Magazine, Larry’s List feature article and social platform gallery, Huffington Post, Artburst Miami, the Knockturnal, Saatchi Art Group and is currently compiling channelings for publication of book Once a Healer, Always a Healer.
